Octopus nails! Stamping with Sephora OPI and Essie!

Well it is the second day of a new year and so far so good!

My new year's nail resolution is to do a TON of stamping and nail art. I'm really starting to improve with these two and hope to only get better!

We are expecting a pretty big snow storm so I have delicious food in the slow cooker and the heat cranked up. My youngest even slept in this morning so I took advantage of my alertness and her lack thereof and started off my goal for a year of lots of stamping and nail art!

One of the 2013 Bundle Monster plates, BM 401, has 2 images on it that I wanted to do a Mani with. The octopus and the tentacles look so neat I had to use them once I got the hang of stamping.

Since octopi live in the depths I chose Sephora OPI 212, a black jelly packed with iridescent flakies and gliutter, as my base color. Since I hated Essie Nothing Else Metals' formula for full nail coverage, I figured I would give it a shot for stamping and it worked great!

I topped off with Nubar Diamont top coat.

I love Bundle Monster stamping plates, great designs and super easy to use!
