Doctor Who weeping angel nail art fail + 400 follower appreciation!

HELLO FRIENDS! I've been slacking on posts because of this nail art I am posting. I must have tried this one out a million times before finally being a total sore loser and giving up :(

oh and PS. anyone else SUPER disappointed that the Doctor Who segment got cut out at the end of the London Olympics opening ceremony?!!?! I need a shirt that says "I watched the London 2012 Olympics opening ceremony and all I got was this lousy Tardis sound"

I started with a base coat of OPI Skull & Glossbones and then used the same polish + Essence colour & go Date With The Night  to make my first ever water marble effect :)))))))))))))) here is the water marble by itself....

 

 

Not terrible for my first water marble attempt. I used this tutorial as a quick idea of how to do the actual water marbling but I of course used my own swirl design to get the marble granite cray cray angel look. ha

Now here is the actual face and clawed hand i went off of for the index finger...

and here are the nails with a painted weeping angel wing on the middle finger as well...

^here i wanted to show you since the camera took tooooo close of a picture and in person it looks almost 3D like with the face and the hand of claws...
