Hope everyone is having a great start to the week! My husband is on vacation for a week so we are having a nice movie night with Muppets and We Bought A Zoo. He is listening to some terrible music or disco or something on the radio so I figured I would sneak away and listen to some Gladys Knight and blog my little heart away... I've got a mascara from Essence cosmetics to share this dreary Pa day with ya so I apologize I had to take this indoors as best as possible.
Essence Get Big Lashes volume boost and waterproof mascara in black. It is a nice thick long tube with a big fat curling curved brush to separate and give thick looking lashes. I wore this for a full day (the first picture is show when it was first applied) to test out the waterproof since it has been raining and we decided to run some errands today. It is great! It definitely thickened and pulled out for length as far as my thin short lashes usually are. The waterproof is accurate :) yay! Something great for summer in my opinion... waterproof makeup! The brush is a little too wide for my short lashes but that only meant I needed to pay more attention than I usually do when applying makeup. Often with my mascaras I have a little shake off after a few hours and wipe away some black bits here and there off my lid or cheeks but this one didn't really give me that which is a plus but could also be from that waterproof bit, thick and stuck! haha Overall I will keep using this one I like how it makes my lashes look much fuller than they are without and a bit more so than my usual go to; CG.
