All Saint's Day/Happy November First: China Glaze - Ick-A-Bod-Y!!!

Happy November first, if you celebrate All Saint's Day! We still have no electricity or heat since Saturday afternoon's big snow storm! Finally got internet at my mom's house to be able to post since we are conserving our phone batteries... I have been itching to post one of my favorite fall glitters! This is a great glitter shade for Halloween/Thanksgiving or just Fall in general!

China Glaze - Ick-A-Bod-Y from a previous Halloween collection is a great deep but bright at the same time orange in a black sheer jelly base. If you layer this by itself it is a very dusty orange look but I like to layer it over a black or dark dark orange.

With OPI Natural Nail base coat first I just went with a simple plain shiny black, LA Colors - Black Velvet, one coat is fine which is what i used. I then used 2 coats of Ick-A-Bod-Y layered on top. Both are very easy to apply and work with.

I do want to warn that Ick-A-Bod-Y is a VERY HUNGRY glitter and I would use a dense top coat like Gelous or INM Out The Door Top Coat (2 coats sometimes 3 for thumbnails).

Sorry for the blur had to take this one with the lamplight since we STILL have no electricity!
Tried to macro this one to show how rough this glitter is. VERY HUNGRY GLITTER!
These photos are all with NO top coat.
